Eligibility

Exchanges and Shop Credit Only: Returns can be exchanged or credited to your account, but refunds are not available.

Final Sale Items: Pre-orders, and Happy Little Accidents (Discounted Footwear) are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged

Process

  1. Contact Within 7 Days: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. This helps us manage inventory and reserve the item you need for an exchange
  2. Return Confirmation: Wait for an email confirmation from us before sending back any items
  3. Ship Items Within 7 Days: Once you receive the return confirmation email, mail the items back to us within 7 days to remain eligible for credit or exchange

Conditions

Unused/Unworn Items: Items must be unused and unworn (except for trying on). Returns are subject to our discretion and may be denied if they do not meet our standards, in which case they will be sent back to you.
